Charles “Chaz” Rainey brings more than 19 years of disputes experience to mediation, including work as a trial and appellate advocate, arbitrator, and senior in-house disputes counsel.
His approach combines careful preparation and candid evaluation with an appreciation for the business, reputational, and relationship interests that often drive complex disputes. He works with parties and counsel to identify barriers to resolution, test positions, and evaluate practical outcomes while preserving the parties’ control over the result.
