Charles “Chaz” Rainey brings more than 19 years of disputes experience to his work as an arbitrator, including trial and appellate advocacy and senior in-house responsibility for complex litigation and arbitration.
His approach combines careful preparation, fair and proportionate procedure, practical case management, and clear, well-reasoned decisions—giving parties an efficient process tailored to the needs and stakes of each dispute.
